Don Pablo Refund Policy

At Don Pablo, we reserve the right to deny service to any order at any time, especially in cases of fraudulent charges. Please carefully review our updated refund and return policy below:

  • 14-Day Return Policy: You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. All requested returns must be unused and in the same condition as when they were delivered—unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • Condition of Returned Items: All returned items will be inspected upon receipt, and refunds will only be issued if the items pass inspection. We reserve the right to deny any returns that do not meet these conditions.

  • Shipping Costs: You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • Restocking Fee: All accepted returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

  • Refund Process: After inspection, we will notify you of approval or denial. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. If it takes longer than 15 business days after approval, please contact us at donpablo@donpabloent.com.

Important Notes:

  • All requested returns must be unused and in the same condition as at the time of delivery.
  • Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • Refunds will only be issued after items have been inspected.

Damages and Issues:
Inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if it is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items:
We do not accept returns for custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, or items marked as final sale. Gift cards are also non-returnable.

Exchanges:
For exchanges, return the item and place a new order after your return is accepted.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period:
For EU customers, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, as long as the item remains unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, and you provide proof of purchase.
